Strictly Come Dancing host Tess Daly was left red-faced when judge Craig Revel-Horwood made a very cheeky comment about Gorka Marquez.
The professional dancer transformed into a Dalmatian dog for his performance with former Corrie star Katie McGlynn, who dressed up as Cruella De Vil, on Saturday night – and it seems he impressed one person in particular.
As he analysed their routine during Movie Week, Craig told him: “Thank you Gorka for barking at me darling.”
He then quipped: “It really has made my night seeing you on all fours, darling.”
Gorka and Katie burst into giggles over his comment, while Tess covered her face with her hands.
Fans took to Twitter to share their laughter, while others claimed it was too much for a family show.
One person laughed: “As if Craig said he enjoyed seeing Gorka on all fours.”
“Tess, cannot cope with anyone (Craig) who goes off script! The Gorka on all fours comment was priceless!” a second person chimed in.
However others weren’t too pleased.
“Waiting for the complaints to hit the BBC after Craig’s comments to Gorka,” a fan wrote.
Another complained: “Craig’s comment to Gorka was disgusting for a family show!”
Tonight, fans were moved to tears over the opening dance which was themed around Movie Week.
The cast of this year’s series took to the dance floor for an incredible performance together ahead of their solo routines with their professional partners.
The Strictly stars appeared to make fans sob as they gracefully swept their way around the dance floor in sync.
The show-stopping performance got viewers talking as they took to Twitter to share their thoughts, with many left dabbing their eyes after the powerful routine.
“Opening dance Strictly. Sobbing. Beautiful,” one person wept.
Another penned: “That opening of #strictlycomedancing was AMAZINGLY BEAUTIFUL.”
Another echoed: “Love, love, loved the opening dance to #StrictlyComeDancing tonight. Just beautiful!”
A fourth shared: “Who else cried at that opening dance on #StrictlyComeDancing – absolutely beautiful.”
Elsewhere in the show, others said they got ‘shivers’ as they watched Rose and Giovanni perform an emotional foxtrot routine together.
The EastEnders actress, who plays Frankie Lewis on the BBC soap, left viewers sobbing as they praised her ‘perfect’ routine, despite the fact she was unable to hear the music.
The pair wowed the crowd as they stared into each other’s eyes and slowly moved around the dance floor to My Heart Will Go On by Celine Dion, from the Titanic movie.
*Strictly continues Saturday on BBC1.
